- Min GCE 'A' level/Diploma in Accountancy/ Min LCCI Higher in Accountancy/ Professional Certificate/NiTEC
- At least 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in full sets of accounts
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, effectively and meet reporting deadline
- Knowledge of QuickBooks will be a advantage
- Provide accounts & administrative support to the accounts department
- Handling Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Staff claims processing and monthly management accounts preparation
- Output tax compilation and quarterly GST return submission
- Auditing schedule preparation
Location: Vietnam
- Female – 20-28 ages. Graduate in college/university
- Language English is preferable
- Preferably with minimum 2 year of working experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Conversant in English and Vietnamese
- Type 45 words/minute

- Manage and save documents
- Handle travel arrangements e.g. Book air ticket, hotel for Sales Dept

- CCNA/CCNP will be an advantage
