Helpdesk( Level 1&2)

This service is available for Internet Service Providers. The main functionality of the helpdesk is for maintenance and post-sales support. In case of fault, our clients no longer have to go through explaining difficult problems to the vendor manufacturers. We will take full responsibility by performing tier 1 and 2 mitigation, with the expert support of our team of engineers, for accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting.

Project Management

Our company provides comprehensive support for data center cabling works, office security and management, with focus on system integration and commissioning, and network migrations. There are a number of benefits that our clients can enjoy with us, and that includes professional service, ease of mind on manpower, sourcing of materials, and project management. We are also bizSAFE certified, so we observe the highest standards in health and safety.

Installation & Commissioning

We make sure that we thoroughly understand your network environment. We do this by performing series of checking/site survey; we will then give competitive quotation and recommendations. Our competent engineers will perform necessary methods to accurately identify your network’s unique needs, so you only pay for what gets it done. Installation and commissioning scope of works are based on the SOP given by our vendors.

The coverage of our services includes networking and telecommunication equipment. Since the expansion of our product offering, our clients can already take advantage of a wide range of networking solutions. Most of the services we provide address telecommunications backbone and systems.

Maintenance

We provide for our customers ready and convenient maintenance. We handle embracive maintenance of dense wavelength division multiplexing DWDM systems for internet backbones and terrestrial and submarine projects, as well as structure cablings. Customers in Singapore do not have engineering team, so they have to deal with the problems on manpower and overhead cost. Since we house a team of highly-able and certified engineers, we are able to solve this problems for them. The span of this support also includes projects overseas—mainly in Southeast Asia. Also, our maintenance process is uniquely under the discretion of our vendors—that means that we follow their SOP, in terms of carrying them out.
